Withdrawal information

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for an online purchase. This information supplements the Terms and Conditions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receive the carpet. To withdraw, you must clearly inform us of your decision.

How to withdraw

Send your withdrawal to Carpet Unique, Im Wiesengrund Str. 4, 60437 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, or email info@carpetunique.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until the carpet is returned or you provide proof of return. We cover return shipping for returns agreed within Germany.
